Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

By engaging the services of Care Medical Transportation LLC ("Agency," "we"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. Together with any formal proposal or Statement of Work (SOW), these terms form the entire agreement for the provision of our digital marketing services.

2. Scope of Services & Timelines

The specific services, project timelines, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in the SOW. The Agency will perform these services with professional diligence and care.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to the payment terms specified in the SOW. Fees are typically due in advance of the service period. All third-party costs, such as ad spend, are the Client's responsibility. The Agency reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

4. Legal Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Digital marketing results are subject to external factors; therefore, the Agency makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Our liability in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by the Client to the Agency in the three months preceding any claim.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of this agreement. This includes strategies, performance data, and client lists.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. The Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
